MANROJ S. SANGHA
Founder | President & CEO
As a founder of Empowered, Manroj is on a mission to empower himself and others around him to maximize their potential. Having interest in leadership and entrepreneurship, he uses his business platform to energize his clients. By trade, Manroj is a professional electrical and mechanical engineer. He enjoys connecting with other entrepreneurs, community members, industry leaders and making their mission an Empowered mission.
Outside of work, Manroj is a proud husband and father. They are 'professional' foodies and enjoy traveling the world together. A few hobbies consist of playing chess, golf, and basketball. When it comes to sports teams, he has been supporting the Kansas City Chiefs since he can ever remember.
CLINT J. KOEHN
Owner | Director of Production & QAQC
As an owner, Clint Koehn is a key leader for Empowered in producing high quality construction documents. He has been involved in the construction industry producing and designing engineered documents for over 14 years. His professional services and expertise consist of HVAC, plumbing and electrical design. Clint is highly proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navis works, BIM coordination, sheet metal estimation, Trimble modeling/robot operation, and fabrication drawings for mechanical systems. His experience includes projects for commercial office spaces, education, healthcare, and industrial facilities.
Outside of work, Clint is a family man. His wife, children, and faith in Jesus Christ are the most important components of his life. A few of his hobbies consists of hunting, fishing, and camping. Clint also enjoys a friendly round of golf. When it comes to sports teams, he is a die-hard Wildcat and Chiefs fan.
CODY L. BROWN
Owner | Project Manager
Cody graduated from Wichita State University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. After graduating, he joined the consulting world on the MEP (mechanical, electrical, & plumbing) design side of architectural engineering. Over the years, Cody produced and designed MEP systems for a multitude of building types including offices, restaurants, laboratories, blast-resistant modular buildings, shooting ranges, stand-alone restroom facilities, and control rooms. He works to carefully oversee clientele relations, project budgets, and project schedules. As a project manager, Cody strives to complete each project diligently, and execute it with the time and care it deserves. We’re here to do more than solve problems, we’re here to help people become empowered.
Beyond the office, you would probably find Cody outside, either long-boarding with his daughter, or going on walks around the neighborhood with his beautiful wife. He enjoys spending summer nights at Table Rock Lake with family and playing a bit of guitar. He also enjoys a warm cup of coffee and a good book.
TAYLOR L. LEWIS
Technical Advisor | Professional Engineer
As a licensed professional engineer, Taylor has a wide range of experience in the design and construction of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical (MEP) systems. During his career, he has been responsible for projects ranging in scope from 45ksf hospital expansions to over 1 million sf ground-up, new mixed-use development. His technical design ability is complimented by his sense for team collaboration in creating design solutions which examine a multitude of options and then executed for the best approach based on the owner’s business goals, scope, budget, sustainability, and cost of long-term building operations.
Taylor is experienced in systems’ design, construction documentation, construction observation, estimating, energy/operational cost analysis, feasibility studies, and computer software analysis. He can offer expert consulting services for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for virtually every type of construction project, and his responsibilities for your project will include serving on the Board of Technical Advisors for the electrical systems, systems analysis, systems design, estimating, and construction observation.
WESTON R. ARBOGAST
Technical Advisor | Professional Engineer
Weston is well versed in MEP project management with a wide range of engineering & construction management experience. He began his career early on in life working as a construction project engineer learning how buildings go together, eventually to hit the ground running designing MEP systems for a range of building types that include retail, multi-use hospitality, pharmaceutical, multi-family, manufacturing, and a specialization in microbreweries & distilleries. Weston also is an experienced CxA and Test & Balance lead for projects ranging from small retail to high-rise hospitals and LEED Platinum accredited buildings, giving him a unique background for useful design of building controls and management systems, specifically in high efficiency green building designs. Weston’s responsibilities for Empowered will also include serving on the Board of Technical Advisors.
